ACCOMMODATION PRICES

* All prices include VAT.

* Our prices are per house. The houses hold 4-5 people.

* The high season includes Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Three Kings (night of Jan 5th), Holy Week, the summer season from 20th of July to 6th of September, long public holiday weekends**, local and national public holidays.

* Minimum stays are 2 nights in the low season and a week in the high season. For a long public holiday weekend** the minimum stay will be all the days of the extended holiday weekend and the cost will be the sum of the individual nights.
Please consult us about stays on Mondays and Fridays in the low season of a single night.

* In the Forest Houses there is the option of a supplementary bed per house. If you choose this option, the price of the bed is 15 euros in the low season and 30 in the high season. There is no additional cost for a cot.

* We do not serve breakfasts, although this service can be provided if booked in advance.

** Long public holiday weekends are when a public holiday falls on a Thursday or a Monday for example, when most people take the Friday or Monday off work too.

PRICES FOR THE DINING AREA

* The prices offered include VAT.

* The price includes the use of the dining area and the adjoining living room for the meal requested for your private and exclusive use with the right to use our outdoor barbecue at no additional charge.

* The dining area comes with plates, glasses, cutlery, serving dishes, etc. provided.

* If you are interested in hiring a catering service for your meeting, we can provide you with contacts and estimates from nearby restaurants of diverse categories.
